In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The jp363 website accessible at https://jp363.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
"We" / "Us" / "Our"	jp363, the operator of the Platform, its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and authorized agents.
"You" / "Member"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The registered user account created by a Member through the Platform's registration process.
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other market offered on the Platform.
"Bonus"	Any free credit, matched deposit, cashback, free spin, or other promotional value credited to a Member's account by jp363.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds.
"IDR" / "Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the Platform.
"WIB"	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone reference for the Platform's operational schedules and draw times.
"Restricted Territory"	Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and use the jp363 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jp363 employee or associated business partner.
6. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been assessed by a medical or counselling professional as unsuitable for gambling activities.
7. Your source of funds is legal and not derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

jp363 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jp363 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jp363 makes no representations regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims all liability for any breach of local law by any Member.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jp363 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances where this rule is found to have been violated.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. Any information that is found to be false, misleading, or outdated may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jp363 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). jp363 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, jp363 requires all Members to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account, or a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account registered under your name).

jp363 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. KYC verification is a one-time process unless circumstances change (e.g., change of address, change of payment method).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jp363 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.
• jp363 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance once confirmed by the respective financial institution's network.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jp363 Account.
• All applicable KYC requirements must be satisfied before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• jp363 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or as a result of security reviews.
• jp363 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. This right is exercised to protect Members and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of your request.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jp363 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.

jp363 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jp363 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree that the stated wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Members who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• jp363 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, including where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal framework.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jp363 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-member bonuses, placing offsetting bets across accounts to artificially fulfill wagering requirements, and any other behavior that jp363 determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated accounts closed, all bonuses voided, and all withdrawals blocked pending investigation.

5.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

When a bonus is active on your Account, there is a maximum bet limit per single wager. This limit is stated in the individual bonus terms and is typically set at Rp 50,000 per bet unless otherwise specified. Any bet placed in excess of the stated limit while a bonus is active will void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jp363 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmation is displayed on your Account transaction history. jp363 is not liable for any bet that is placed but not accepted by our system.

6.2 Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or data provider. In the case of sports betting, results are determined by the official league, federation, or tournament organizer. In the case of togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other draw-based games, results are determined by the official draw result as published by the recognized operator. jp363 does not guarantee real-time result updates and is not responsible for any delay in settlement caused by third-party data feed issues.

6.3 Voided Markets

jp363 reserves the right to void any market or bet where:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled before completion.
• The event result is determined by an error, technical malfunction, or manipulation.
• The odds or handicap offered were clearly incorrect due to human error or system malfunction (commonly referred to as a "palpable error").
• The event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other fraudulent activity.

In the event a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Account balance with no winnings paid.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected sporting events as they occur. Odds and markets are updated in real-time based on the state of play. Due to transmission delays inherent in live betting systems, there may be a short delay between an on-field event occurring and the corresponding odds adjustment on the Platform. jp363 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that a Member gained an unfair advantage due to delayed feed timing.

6.5 Responsible Betting

jp363 encourages all Members to bet responsibly. Betting should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income. If you feel that you are developing a problem with betting or gambling, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for tools and resources to help you manage your activity.

jp363 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. We provide the following tools and measures to every Member:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control the funds you allocate to betting.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a specified period to manage your risk exposure.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform for a cooling-off period or indefinitely.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been logged in and how much you have wagered.

All content displayed on the jp363 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the underlying code — is the property of jp363 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of jp363. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of jp363 without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Platform or its content may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp363, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Platform.
• Your inability to access the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or outages.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or of any personal or financial information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

jp363 makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall jp363's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to the Platform in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy is important to jp363. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

jp363 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees or charges) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification and subject to these Terms.

11.2 Termination by jp363

jp363 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behavior.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have created multiple accounts in violation of our Single Account Policy.
• You are determined to be under 21 years of age.
• jp363 is required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

In the event of termination by jp363, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is a result of your breach of these Terms. Where termination is initiated by jp363 for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of all necessary verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

You acknowledge and agree that online betting may be subject to local legal restrictions in Indonesia and other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jp363 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your location. jp363 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

jp363 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
